We provide NDIS decluttering and home organisation support sessions in Cairns, between Palm Cove and Gordonvale, helping participants create practical, easy-to-maintain living spaces. Services in other areas may be available by negotiation.
Our personalised in-home decluttering and organisation sessions are designed to support NDIS participants in creating spaces that are easier to navigate, manage, and maintain.
Clutter and disorganisation can make everyday tasks more difficult and overwhelming. Through practical, hands-on support, we help simplify your environment and create systems that make daily living easier.
Whether it's your kitchen, wardrobe, paperwork, storage areas, bedrooms, or other parts of the home, we work with you to clear unnecessary items, organise belongings, and establish systems that suit your lifestyle and abilities.
Our goal is not just to make a space look tidy, but to create practical systems that support independence and reduce stress.
How Our Support May Help
Decluttering and organisation support can assist participants in many ways, depending on their goals and needs.
Examples include supporting participants to:
• manage and maintain a safe and functional home environment
• improve independence with daily living activities
• reduce overwhelm related to executive functioning challenges
• simplify routines and make everyday tasks easier
• improve accessibility of items within the home
• create clear systems for storing and locating belongings
By creating organised, easy-to-maintain spaces, participants may find it easier to complete daily tasks and maintain their home environment.
Our Approach
Our sessions are hands-on, practical, and tailored to the individual.
Some participants prefer to work collaboratively during sessions, while others may require more physical assistance due to fatigue, mobility limitations, or other challenges.
We can support participants by:
• decluttering and sorting belongings
• organising cupboards, wardrobes, and storage areas
• implementing simple organisational systems
• creating labelled storage areas
• developing systems that are easy to maintain long-term
If a participant is not physically able to complete certain tasks, we can carry out those tasks while ensuring the systems still suit their needs and preferences.
Custom Organisation Supports
Where helpful, we can also create supports such as:
• visual labels or picture cues
• simplified storage systems
• checklists and routines
• clearly defined homes for frequently used items
These tools can make it easier to maintain organisation and reduce the mental load involved in managing a home.
NDIS Funding Information
Services are generally billed under Core Supports as a Support Worker, specialising in decluttering and home organisation.
In some cases, sessions may also be billed under Capacity Building line items, depending on the participant’s goals and the structure of their plan.
All services are billed in line with current NDIS pricing guidelines and are contingent upon the participant’s goals and the available funding within their plan.
To confirm sessions, availability of funds within the participant’s plan must be confirmed in writing.
If a participant has a plan manager or support coordinator, we may also request the opportunity to discuss the proposed supports with them (with the participant’s permission) to ensure the services align with their plan and goals.
Session Details
Minimum 2-hour session
Services are provided in person in the Cairns area, between Palm Cove and Gordonvale, with other areas available by negotiation.
Sessions are billed in line with NDIS pricing guidelines, subject to the participant’s goals and available plan funding.

We welcome referrals from support coordinators and plan managers. I am fully insured and hold both blue and yellow cards.
Services are generally billed under Core Supports as a Support Worker specialising in decluttering and home organisation, with Capacity Building line items used where appropriate depending on participant goals. Progress reports can be provided upon request.
