I help you (or your loved one) settle safely and comfortably back into your home, so the focus can stay on recovery, not stress.
Leaving hospital is a big step.
But for many people, the hardest part isn’t the hospital stay, it’s what’s waiting (or not waiting) at home.
No groceries.
Things out of reach.
Spaces that don’t quite work anymore.
That’s where I come in.
Who this is for
• After surgery or injury
• Returning home with limited mobility (crutches, wheelchair, etc.)
• Waiting for NDIS, aged care, or other supports to begin
• Family members wanting peace of mind for a loved one
• Self or Plan-managed NDIS participants

Working alongside your care team
I work in conjunction with clinical staff (with your permission) to ensure your home setup supports your recovery.

From Hospital to your home (Palm Cove to Gordonvale)
✔ Collection of pre-arranged client-funded equipment hire, en-route home
(where practical and within service timeframe)
✔ Set up for everyday living
I’ll adjust key areas so essentials are within easy reach, such as
cutlery, dishes, pantry items and personal belongings
✔ Functional home re-set
Small changes that make a big difference;
clear pathways, accessible surfaces, functional flow
✔ Groceries received and unpacked
So your fridge and pantry are stocked and easily accessible

Important notes (scope of service)
To keep everyone safe and supported, this service does not include:
• Personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, medical assistance)
• Lifting or transferring clients
• Clinical or nursing tasks
• Cleaning services beyond light functional reset
• Removal or handling of medical waste, sharps, or hazardous materials
• Work in environments deemed unsafe
If something falls outside my scope, I’m always happy to help you find the right support.
Investment
$200 for 2 hours
Additional time available at $90/hour
Service hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am–2pm
